Field Trip Chaperones may not use discounts, memberships, or passes for admission.
To facilitate a smooth start to our field trips, we recommend that chaperones purchase tickets in advance to guarantee entry on the day of the visit.
To purchase or reserve your visit:
- Select the session date and time of your visit. The options for "other dates" or "other times" will show additional session times available.
- Session times are available for booking two weeks in advance.
- At the bottom of the page select how many individual tickets are needed from the price type options listed and add them to the cart to continue.
- Enter your information.
- If you wish for your information to be saved for your next booking, select "register for the site".
- Enter payment information to complete the transaction.
- If the date or time of the session does not appear as an option, then the session has sold out.
- Reentry is allowed before the last hour of the session time purchased.
On the day of the field trip, chaperones should enter the museum using our field trip entrance. Plan on arriving 15 minutes before the school group arrives so that you can complete our chaperone orientation process.
We will be unable to accommodate chaperones who arrive more than 15 minutes after the school group enters the building.
