Reserving Member Tickets
- New members must register using the primary information and email address associated with the account on file if the new member did not register online at the time of purchase.
- Returning members, SIGN IN to receive eligible discounts applied at checkout.

- Have proof of membership, identification, and e-tickets at the time of check-in
- Memberships are only for the people named on the membership. Members may not bring guests with their membership.

If guests leave the museum, they must return before the last hour of their play session. If they do not, a new ticket for the next time session is required.
The Museum does not allow adults to enter the Museum alone
without a child, you must have at least one adult (18 years or older) for every five children.

Admission tickets are nonrefundable.
Unused tickets may be Rescheduled 3 days before the new visit date to ensure availability. To reschedule email Tickets@QubeinChildrensMuseum.org
Tickets & Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.

By booking your tickets, you are committed to following Nido & Mariana Qubein Children's Museum policies. Museum policies are strictly enforced, and guests not adhering may be asked to leave.
Field Trip Chaperones may not use discounts, memberships, or passes for admission.
To facilitate a smooth start to our field trips, we recommend that chaperones purchase tickets in advance to guarantee entry on the day of the visit.
To purchase or reserve your visit:
- Select the session date and time of your visit. The options for "other dates" or "other times" will show additional session times available.
- Session times are available for booking two weeks in advance.
- At the bottom of the page select how many individual tickets are needed from the price type options listed and add them to the cart to continue.
- Enter your information.
- If you wish for your information to be saved for your next booking, select "register for the site".
- Enter payment information to complete the transaction.
- If the date or time of the session does not appear as an option, then the session has sold out.
- Reentry is allowed before the last hour of the session time purchased.
On the day of the field trip, chaperones should enter the museum using our field trip entrance. Plan on arriving 15 minutes before the school group arrives so that you can complete our chaperone orientation process.
We will be unable to accommodate chaperones who arrive more than 15 minutes after the school group enters the building.
