If the date and time of the session do not appear as an option, then the session has sold out. 

The time slot of the ticket session is an arrival window.

Reserving Member Tickets

  • New members must register using the primary information and email address associated with the account on file if the new member did not register online at the time of purchase.
  • Returning members, SIGN IN to receive eligible discounts applied at checkout. 
  • Select your desired date and session 
  • Have proof of membership, identification, and e-tickets at the time of check-in 
  • Memberships are only for the people named on the membership. Members may not bring guests with their membership. 
  • Members: if you have reserved tickets and can no longer attend the event or session, please email Memberships@QubeinChildrensMuseum.org to allow others to visit. Thank you!

Hours Of Operation 



The Museum does not allow adults to enter the Museum alone

without a child, you must have at least one adult (18 years or older) for every five children.

Admission tickets are nonrefundable.

Unused tickets may be Rescheduled 3 days before the new visit date to ensure availability. To reschedule email Tickets@QubeinChildrensMuseum.org

Tickets & Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.

The new ticket date must be within 60 days of the original purchase.
